Aston Law School, a constituent part of Aston Business School, has a distinctive mission – the provision of commercially intelligent legal education and research – reflecting our position in a leading international business school and in a university focused on maximising the employability of its students and real world impact of its activities.
We currently offer two qualifying law degrees and also deliver law teaching across a wide range of business and management programmes at undergraduate and postgraduate levels. We have ambitious expansion plans, including the launch of a new LLM programme, and are now seeking to recruit a Teaching Fellow to support these plans by providing additional teaching and enterprise expertise.
An ability to contribute to teaching in any area of law would should consider applying but those with experience of innovation in curriculum design and delivery of practical legal skills education would be particularly welcomed.
The successful applicant will be committed to excellent teaching and outstanding student support. They will also be in a position to add to our business and community engagement work.

The post is available at grade 8 or 9 on a part-time basis (0.5 FTE).
