The condensed matter spectroscopy group at Princeton University invites applications for multiple Postdoctoral Research or more senior positions to work on Scanning Tunneling Spectroscopy (STS) and Angle-Resolved-Photoemission Spectroscopy (ARPES) based studies of Molecular Beam Epitaxy (MBE) grown thin films of correlated superconductors, topological and magnetic quantum materials. The successful candidates will carry out MBE+STS+ARPES experiments at Princeton University and at several national laboratories including at Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory. The successful candidates will have a strong research and publication record and must have a Ph.D in physics or related disciplines. Prior experience with film growth of high Tc superconductors and UHV/Cryogenic Techniques or with first-principle methods (FP/DFT) and/or other forms of electronic and magnetic structure theory and calculations is preferred. Appointments are typically for one year with the possibility of annual renewal (for a maximum of three years) upon mutual agreement.
