Reporting to our Senior Manager, Graduate Studies, we are looking for skilled Team Leader to join our Graduate Studies area in a full-time ongoing position. In this role, you will provide leadership to a small team (4-5 FTE) who are responsible for providing a wide range of administrative functions to ensure that matters related to research candidature and examinations are handled efficiently and effectively. With a strong focus on continuous improvement, you will manage administrative matters related to research candidature; progress review; and examinations including the provision of advice to staff and prospective research students on regulations and procedures.

We are looking for an experienced Team Leader to join us on a full-time ongoing basis. You will have demonstrated team leadership experience ideally with the tertiary sector (we would consider other industries with a high level of legislation and complexity). You will bring a keen eye for process improvement and a strong ability to problem solve complex situations. Collaborative by nature, you are able to work with senior stakeholders in order to manage and exceed their expectations.
