The Student Services Division includes: Student Recruitment, Admissions, Fees and Scholarships, Academic Administration, Student Service, Student Systems and Student Representation. The Division is committed to high-quality service delivery for all stakeholders and is a significant contributor to the achievement of key performance indicators in student recruitment, retention, satisfaction, and completion.

The Student Recruitment unit is seeking Admissions Officers. Our Admissions Officers are responsible for admissions and case management of applicants and work closely with stakeholders to develop admissions process for those regions. The successful Officer will develop skills and experience specific to the regions they are responsible for to enable them to become experts in those regions. The successful Officer will also work collaboratively across all regions as a critical member of the International Admissions team.

Demonstrated interpersonal and cross-cultural skills with the ability to develop strong, positive relationships with a diverse range of clients, including potential students, agents and institutional representatives at all levels of seniority is essential to the position.
