Grade 4 - £19,202 to £22,017 dependent on experience (fixed-term until 31/12/19)
The Directorate of Marketing aims to raise the profile of the University, protect and enhance its reputation, and maintains, develops and improves systems of communication and consultation.
As a business administrator in the marketing team you will be responsible for the efficient and effective completion of administrative processes, including managing, monitoring and reporting on finance and HR. You will be a key contact for members of marketing staff, working with them on daily tasks and ad hoc projects. You will also support the Director of Marketing with his diary and meetings. There will be the opportunity for you to get involved in cross team projects delivering marketing outputs, and support marketing plan priorities.
The ideal candidate will be professional, hard-working and proactive with experience of working in an administrative role, in a dynamic environment. You should have excellent planning and organisational skills, strong interpersonal and communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to communicate with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels.
