The Midlands Graduate School is an accredited Economic and Social Research Council (ESRC) Doctoral Training Partnership (DTP). One of 14 such partnerships in the UK, the Midlands Graduate School is a collaboration between Aston University, University of Birmingham, University of Leicester, Loughborough University, University of Nottingham, University of Warwick.
Aston University accepts applications in the following two pathways:
- Aston Business School accepts applications for the Management and Business Studies and Finance pathway
- The School of Languages and Social Sciences accepts applications for the Area Studies (European Studies) pathway
Applications are currently open for October 2019 entry.
Please note that before applying to the Midlands Graduate School you must have made an application to Aston University. The deadline for applying to Aston University is Monday 7 January 2019 (23:59 GMT).
The deadline for applying to the Midlands Graduate School is then Tuesday 22nd January 2019 (23:59 GMT).
