The Role

  • Fixed Term, Full Time
  • $94,567 to $107,106 p.a (Plus Super)
  • Albury-Wodonga/Bathurst/Wagga Wagga

Develop and lead the implementation of a dynamic Customer Experience Strategy delivering a consistent and trusted brand experience.

To be successful you will have

  • Proven strategic planning skills and the ability to develop and implement creative solutions
  • Demonstrated leadership skills to guide the University to leverage all customer interactions
  • Strong commitment to the professional behaviours important to the Division
