The Role and Your Responsibilities
This role will provide academic, cultural, financial and OH&S leadership to the School. You will effectively manage the profile, financial and physical resources of the School; lead the School to deliver on RMIT strategy and College performance; foster a collaborative culture within the University, and with industry partners through projects and practice-based teaching; contribute to the development and implementation of College teaching, industry and international planning and strategy, enhancing the brand and reputation of the University locally, nationally and internationally; and ensure compliance with University and governing policies and practices.
Skills & Experience Required
Experience and expertise in the management of significant human and material resources, in addition to postgraduate qualifications and extensive relevant experience in the tertiary sector.
