The University of Worcester is seeking a Professor in Family Law to join its recently established School of Law.  

The successful applicant will form part of a small, enthusiastic and motivated team delivering Law, Criminology and Policing programmes at undergraduate level with postgraduate provision starting in 2019. They will be required to teach Family Law, and to contribute to the teaching in other areas of the curriculum, including at least one foundations of legal knowledge subject on the LLB (Hons) Law. They will be expected to nurture and develop the School of Law’s research strategy and culture, leading and coordinating research activity within the School as well as playing an active and leading role in cross disciplinary research activity across the wider university. They will also be expected to fully engage with the life of the School of Law in areas such as employability, admissions and outreach activities, which will involve evening and weekend working from time to time.
