Faculty Liaison and Operations Coordinator

This is your opportunity to play a key role in the delivery of quality support services and advice to academic and professional staff within faculties. Reporting to the Senior Coordinator Business Operations, you will be responsible for liaising and working with assigned faculties, providing advice and guidance on granting of credit, student progress, course completion, appeals against administrative decisions, timetabling information and other policy matters relating to student enrolments.
To be successful in this role you will have demonstrated ability to juggle diverse issues with competing deadlines and prioritise your workload. You will have strong attention to detail and be highly organised. You will have the capacity to provide advice and guidance on complex issues. You will be known for your people engagement and relationship building skills and you will have the ability to create valued partnerships.
You will have clearly demonstrated experience working in a complex and fast paced environment with proven experience in a higher education setting being desirable.
