This is your opportunity to play a key role in the delivery of quality services to our student cohort. Reporting to the Business Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team to deliver operational excellence across a range of administrative services with the Student Connect Team. Your team will assist students in the areas of enrolments, fees, sponsorships, course requirements and academic progression.

To be successful in this role you will have proven experience in leading a team. Be passionate about building a cohesive team culture focused on delivery and quality. You will have the capacity to provide advice and guidance across a range of complex issues and drive your team to meet tight delivery time-frames. You will have demonstrated skills in relationship building and ability to create valued partnerships. An understanding of how higher education institutions work would strengthen your application and experience in the higher education sector is desirable.
