The Student Services Division is seeking both a permanent and fixed term SSO to provide front-line customer service support services, including a range of student administrative functions.  

The successful applicants will be heavily involved in the student life-cycle of events such as new enrolments, orientation, examinations, graduation, outbound calling activities, email correspondence, counter enquiries and form processing activities.

To be considered, applicants will have demonstrated experience in a fast paced contact centre environment, and have experience in exceptional customer service standards and practices.

In this position, the SSO will seek to provide the highest standard of customer service, continuously exceeding student expectations while maintaining adherence to UOW policy and procedures.  

The applicant will have an aptitude to quickly obtain a working knowledge of web-based systems, and the ability to cope with high volume and fluctuating workload demands.
