The Faculty of Science and Engineering and School of Mechanical, Aerospace and Civil Engineering are pleased to invite applications for two Project Administrator posts.
The purpose of the Project Administrator is to provide effective administrative support for a number of projects and initiatives within the respective teams by organising events and workshops, providing secretarial support to working groups, championing change projects and initiatives and undertaking general office administration duties.
This role provides an exciting opportunity to be part of a number of transformation projects across the Faculty and School. This evolving and dynamic role is suitable for someone with experience providing high level administrative support in a fast paced environment, excellent communication skills with the ability to build professional relationships with a range of individuals internal and external to the organisation and the ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
One post will be located within the Faculty’s Planning Compliance and Special Projects Team on a permanent basis and one post will be located within the School of Mechanical, Aerospace and Civil Engineering on a fixed term basis until September 2019 in the first instance.
