The Department of Management in the Monash Business School is seeking a top academic researcher and educator as a Lecturer (Level B), or Senior Lecturer (Level C). The successful appointee will be expected to make contributions to the research and teaching effort of the department in the Human Resource Management and Organisational Behaviour field and to carry out any activities relevant to the development of scholarly, research and professional activities.
The Department has approximately 60 academic staff on Australian metropolitan campuses with an international reputation for research and teaching in many fields of management including: human resources, employment relations, operation and supply chain management, strategic management, international business, organisational behaviour and organisational theory.
