Recruitment Officer, Onshore

In support of the University’s Global Strategy, the major functions of UQ International are:
- Identification and development of strategic international initiatives
- Developing and managing key global engagement priorities
- International marketing and promotion, including student recruitment
- International student admissions
The successful appointee will work with the Recruitment Officer - Onshore and Senior Recruitment Officer (North Asia) to develop and deliver UQ International’s marketing and recruitment plans and strategies for international student recruitment who are based in Australia and the Oceania region.
Applicants should possess undergraduate qualifications in a relevant discipline with at least 4 years work experience in an international marketing and recruitment role or a closely related area. You should also have knowledge of university admissions, policies and practices in the international education sector as well as experience in managing recruitment and promotional events, logistics and projects concurrently. Substantial experience in working with agents, partners, internal and external stakeholders as well as international students is required. Interstate travel and a current driving licence is a requirement of the role.

This is a fixed term appointment for two years at HEW Level 7. The remuneration package will be in the range $83,633.65 - $91,350.33 p.a., plus employer superannuation contributions of up to 17%.
