The Business Improvement and Assurance Division’s mission is to lead and influence key priorities and emerging initiatives, providing a source of sustainable competitive advantage in the execution of UOW strategy. This is achieved by providing focussed, objective advice, applied through a framework of integrated assurance and improvement activities. The work of the Business Assurance and Business Improvement Units is fully integrated in order to provide a cohesive, comprehensive service to the Division’s clients.

The Strategic Projects Coordinator will support the Senior Managers of the division in developing and implementing a range of initiatives across UOW. The projects include business development, strategic reviews and process improvement activities, and can involve a range of internal and external stakeholders working closely with executive and senior management levels.
