We are inviting applications for a Divisional Administrative Assistant in the School of Health Sciences to work in the Division of Nursing, Midwifery and Social Work, based on the main University campus.

The primary aim of these roles is to provide comprehensive and proactive administrative support for divisional staff and activities undertaken in the School. You will be a key administrative point of contact within the division and will ensure questions, issues and concerns are dealt with effectively. You will provide high quality administrative support a number of senior academic staff including diary management and arranging travel.

You will have good organisational skills and be able to prioritise work in a busy environment to meet deadlines; have good communication skills and be flexible and responsive to customer needs; be able to identify problems and resolve issues effectively; demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail; and have good computer skills, including proficient in Microsoft software.
