About the team
The Admissions team within the Brand Marketing and Recruitment Division admits high quality domestic and international students to The University through the use of effective, student-focused processes and a core understanding of the University’s strategic vision for the future.
About the opportunity
This is a leadership role where you will be responsible for the complex assessments of the applications and student enquiries, for the training and development of the team as well as for providing strategic direction. You will also be responsible for the development and implementation of system-based solutions that will allow to achieve processing, offer and conversion goals. You will have a significant role in developing and influencing policies, procedures and processes to ensure the efficient functioning of the area against agreed key performance indicators on application processing.
To succeed in this role, it is essential that you possess experience in Admissions in the tertiary sector as well as experience in leading and managing a team. Front-line customer service experience in a University context will be highly regarded.
