The University has an ambitious agenda to increase the range of international opportunities available to students and the percentage of students participating. The International Programmes Office (IPO) is responsible for the promotion, administration and management of overseas opportunities for Manchester students, the recruitment and admission of visiting students, and the development and management of partnerships worldwide to support international mobility.
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who enjoys multi-tasking to join our team. The International Programmes Administrative Assistant provides clerical and administrative support for key IPO activities (including day-to-day support for the development and oversight of partnerships) and provides a reception service for the IPO and the broader Student Recruitment and International Development Division of which the IPO is a part.
You will have excellent organisational and customer service skills and strong attention to detail. Prior experience of working in an international environment is desirable.
