Grade 7 - £34,189 to £38,460 per annum, dependent on experience (fixed term until 31/07/19)
As Registry Operations Manager you will be a senior member of the Registry Operations team contributing to the development and the delivery of the new service in line with Professional Services Operating Model principles (PSOM). You will lead, manage and develop the delivery of central student systems and processes relating to the student life cycle; ensuring delivery of university wide strategies, plans and priorities.
You will work collaboratively as part of a cross-university management group, ensuring operation excellence and consistency of practice across the service. You will be an excellent communicator with the ability to negotiate, advise and influence managers at a strategic level.
You will apply expert knowledge to deliver, develop and improve processes to improve the user experience for both students and staff, working collaboratively with key stakeholders. You will be accountable for ensuring the quality and integrity of the service and compliance with relevant frameworks, regulations or legislation.
You will have significant experience of working effectively in an environment of complex regulations and procedure. You will have knowledge and experience of student life cycle processes. You will be proficient in the use of IT systems including student record systems and/or specialist software and the management of complex data sets. Comprehensive knowledge of SITS would be desirable.
