The University has recently transformed the way in which we deliver student administration and support services. As these services continue to evolve, the School of Education has identified the need for this new post to ensure the high quality of our activity around Education and Student Experience (ESE). This area of work for the School involves the quality assurance of teaching, including External Examiners reports and curriculum review, and delivering activity or change to improve the experience of our students.
Working closely with the Director for ESE, academic colleagues and other teams at the University, much of the role will focus on supporting the School Committee for ESE, and shaping and improving the processes and managing action plans arising from this whole area of work. The successful candidate will be able to drive developments and share and implement new ideas and improvements in this important area.
Candidates should hold a HNC/D or equivalent plus experience of working in a relevant role, or have substantial work experience in a relevant, comparable role.
This is a permanent, part time role and the hours of work are 21.75 per week. The role is based on the University's Jubilee Campus.
