Join South Australia’s premier Business School, working in the renowned Centre for Workplace Excellence within the School of Management. The School is seeking to appoint an outstanding scholar to the position of Lecturer/Senior Lecturer: Organisational Behaviour and Human Resource Management.
As an integral part of UniSA’s Business School, The Centre for Workplace Excellence (CWeX) brings together researchers with a wealth of expertise in the areas of diversity and employee wellbeing, leadership, teams, human resource management practices, and organisational culture, climate, and change. CWeX members bring their collaborative spirit and diverse disciplinary foundations to engage with industry partners and produce rigorous research that enhances employee and organisational effectiveness.
A successful applicant will have an ongoing stream of high quality research. You will be expected to make an independent and significant contribution to the teaching, research and leadership activities of the School of Management and CWeX specifically, including the development and delivery of high quality undergraduate and postgraduate courses and engagement in professional activities.
