Apply your experience in Nursing and clinical practice to contribute to postgraduate research in the College of Nursing and Midwifery.

The College of Nursing and Midwifery delivers teaching in the areas of Nursing, Midwifery, and Health Science. The education provided by the College is strongly grounded in primary health care principles and a philosophy of working to advance health and wellbeing in partnership with individuals and communities. The College offers a range of undergraduate and postgraduate programs that cater to students in pursuit of a health professional or research career and those in pursuit of lifelong learning.

As the Research Active Senior Lecturer you form part of a team of dedicated academics that make significant and sustained contributions to the research, scholarship, teaching and administration activities of the discipline. Your responsibilities include; contributing to course coordination in the implementation of College programs, maintaining the currency of the course accreditation process and developing professional networks relevant to teaching and research activities in nursing. 

To be successful you require a PhD or Professional Doctorate in Nursing, with significant research capability, appropriate clinical knowledge and experience and significant experience in teaching in higher education including the ability to supervise HDR students.
