The Store Officer - Digital Resources is responsible for administering the AV and screen-based production equipment and consumable store. The appointee is required to deliver operational and administrative services for screen-based and related studio programs to achieve and maintain the highest level of stakeholder satisfaction through friendly helpful and efficient service at all times, with a primary focus on Film and Television, as well as induction and assistance to students on the safe use of digital and AV equipment.
You will have completion of a degree or equivalent relevant work experience, demonstrated experience in Digital Asset Management Systems surrounding the ingestion, annotation, cataloguing, storage, retrieval and distribution of digital assets, demonstrated knowledge and ability to provide instruction and training to ensure safe and appropriate use of equipment and excellent oral and written communication skills.
This is a full-time, continuing position based at the Southbank campus in the heart of Melbourne’s art precinct.
