We are inviting applications for a Senior Administrator (Divisional Operations) in the School of Health Sciences to work across the Division of Nursing, Midwifery and Social Work and the Division of Psychology and Mental Health. The post will be based on the main University campus.

The primary aim of this role is to provide day to day management support to the Divisions and to assist the Deputy Head of School Operations (Deputy HoSO) and Operations Manager in ensuring the smooth running of the administrative support activities across the School. You will be a key administrative point of contact within the Divisional and will ensure questions, issues and concerns are dealt with effectively. You will lead on a number of key operational processes across the Divisions and line-manage administrative staff within the Divisions.

You will have substantial experience of providing effective senior administrative support and experience of line-managing, supporting and mentoring a group of staff. Excellent communication and organisational skills are essential as well as experience of contributing to the development and improvement of systems and procedures. Experience of working in a similar role in higher education would be an advantage.
