About the role

The Manager, Professional Experience Unit will lead a team of up to 15 staff on three campuses, and drive strategies to streamline and improve efficiencies in work integrated learning. The role manages all components of student placement activities within the School through high level advice and liaison with internal and external stakeholders and supporting the Professional Placement Coordinators.

The role will manage budget and staffing requirements for the Professional Experience Unit, develop policies, manage pre-placement requirements and provide high level analysis and evaluation of placement activities for the School.

You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to demonstrate a successful background in effective collaboration and engagement with internal and external stakeholders.
