The duties of this position include the coordination of schedules, communication internally and externally, financial reporting, ordering, operations support and general data entry. This position not only supports the general operations of the Penn Vet Working Dog Center but has duties also specific to our Medical Detection Sponsored Research.

HS and 5 – 7 years of experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. The applicant should have excellent communication skills, be detail oriented and thorough and demonstrate excellent problem solving skills. Familiarity with dogs and being comfortable around dogs is important. Prior experience in administrative coordination, program operations and inventory/purchasing is critical.
