PROGRAM MANAGER, MARTIN TRUST CENTER FOR MIT ENTREPRENEURSHIP, Sloan School of Management, to act as an entrepreneur in residence at the center and provide high levels of support to the executive director and managing director. Will design, lead, and execute complex and diverse programming for entrepreneurship across the Institute; help educate, mentor, and coach MIT students on the realities of being an entrepreneur; help advance the entrepreneurship educational infrastructure at MIT; design and execute programs to scale MIT entrepreneurship educational offerings to large numbers of students while maintaining high quality and rigor in alignment with the Institute's mission and the center's mission and principles of operation; write materials that outline, clarify, communicate, and document the rollout of new programs; define the program scope; build a team with defined roles; organize and conduct an analytic interview process involving key stakeholders; analyze results; develop case studies; and make recommendations, in writing and verbally, to high-level MIT officials.
REQUIRED: a bachelor's degree (master's preferred); excellent analytic, interpersonal, and written and verbal communication skills; good judgment and discretion with confidential information; ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment; and an interest in innovation and entrepreneurship. Seek a highly motivated team player who is able to work both collaboratively and independently. Strong product and technical expertise is preferred.
