DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATE, Resource Development-Campaign Operations Team, to actively coordinate leadership engagement and fund-raiser education programs that will influence major gift strategies and highlight campaign priorities. Will work closely with the senior director of operations and leadership engagement liaison and interface with staff and faculty from across the Institute with the goal of developing, overseeing, and maintaining work consistent with engaging philanthropic support for fund-raising activities. Will enable senior leadership and development officers to develop relationships with prospects, build prospect lists in support of fund-raising priorities, drive special event planning, and conduct data analysis relating to fund-raising priorities.
REQUIRED: a high school diploma or its equivalent; at least two years’ relevant work experience; precise attention to accuracy and detail; strong organizational, project management, and oral and written communication skills; thorough knowledge of event execution and logistics; independent judgment and a high level of discretion with confidential information; initiative and self-motivation; and familiarity with computers and databases. Must be able to analyze, synthesize, and present information; interact effectively with others; solicit information across departments; prioritize work assignments, manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work under tight time constraints; and work both independently and as a team member. A bachelor’s degree and experience managing projects preferred. Job #16716-N
