The University invites applications for a tenured Lectureship (Teaching & Research) in Property Law, available from 1st January 2019.

The School of Law is internationally recognised for pursuing high quality research across all areas of law, socio-legal studies and criminology, and for delivering excellent teaching to undergraduate and postgraduate students. To further strengthen our teaching and research portfolio in Property Law the School wishes to appoint a Lecturer (Teaching and Research) in Property Law with special emphasis on Land Law. We expect a clear track record of publications in leading journals, teaching excellence, a commitment to enhancing the student experience and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues.

As an equal opportunities employer, we welcome applications from all suitably qualified persons. As we are committed to the principles of the Race Equality Charter Mark, we would particularly welcome applications from the black and minority ethnic (BME) community who are currently under-represented at this level in this area. All appointments will be made on merit.
