The Role and Your Responsibilities

The Programs and Quality Management Officer will work under the broad direction of the Senior Coordinator, Programs and Quality Management and as a member of the Programs and Quality Management Team. You will contribute to the effective governance and operations of the College as a whole including student conduct, appeals and complaints across the College to ensure timely resolution and compliance with University policy and procedures; and provision of support for academic program and course proposal development; and assisting with internal and external regulatory and compliance obligations of the College and the University.

Skills & Experience Required

The successful candidate will have relevant tertiary qualification and demonstrated experience in student complaints and appeals, preferably with an understanding of University governance and curriculum changes. You will show commitment to quality and continuous improvement, and have proven ability to interpret and apply policies, procedures, and systems consistently. Your strong analytical and problem solving skills and your ability to develop and apply creative solutions will be essential to your success in this role.
