About the position
Reporting to the HR Manager, the HR Officer will be responsible for providing high level administrative and operational support to the HR Specialists. The role will be responsible for coordinating standard HR processes including annual performance reviews and parental leave enquiries as well as assisting with academic employment processes. The position will also be required to manage day to day HR system requirements, prepare reports and make minor workflow updates in systems.
About the person:
The successful applicant will have a degree in HR or equivalent qualifications and experience as well as a minimum of two years experience in a HR generalist role.
This role requires a sound knowledge of HR systems, policies and procedures. A demonstrated understanding of employment legislation, awards and agreements and an ability to provide concise summaries of updates as required.
Experience with Alesco and eRecruit would be highly desirable.

The salary for this position will commence at $64,835 per annum plus 9.5% superannuation
