The School of Medicine (SOM) within the Faculty of Science, Medicine and Health (SMAH) is a multidisciplinary school with a range of undergraduate and postgraduate course offerings in the fields of Indigenous Health, Medical and Exercise Science, Medicine, Nutrition and Dietetics.

The mission of the General Practice Academic Unit within the School of Medicine is to deliver:

  • High quality General Practice research
  • High value input into the Graduate Medicine curriculum
  • Academic leadership within the General Practice community. 

This position will provide high quality support to research teams within the General Practice Academic Unit. In particular, the appointee will support implementation of the ‘EQuIP-GP Trial’, including the provision of research support to the EQuIP-GP team, direct support to general practices enrolled in EQuIP-GP and support to the broader multi-site research team as directed.
