About the Job

Based in Mount Gambier and under the direction of the Program Director: AP and Regions, the Regional Tutor is responsible for providing high quality teaching and learning experiences for students enrolled into College programs in the regions.

The Regional Tutor will contribute to student support as well as quality assurance and improvement. The Regional Tutor plays a role in the growth of the College programs through promoting and representing the programs within and external to the University and for developing and maintaining strategic relationships with external stakeholders and communities.

Skills and Experience

To succeed in this position you will need a sound understanding of the needs of the students undertaking enabling courses.

A passion for and commitment to equity, high level teaching and continuous improvement in enabling education and a willingness to engage in ongoing professional development around teaching will also be required.
