Manager, Training and Development
An exciting opportunity currently exists to join the Human Resources team of the University. We are seeking to appoint a Training and Development Manager to lead learning initiatives and learning innovation for the staff of Maynooth University.
Reporting directly to the Director of Human Resources the successful candidate will demonstrate experience of developing and managing learning and development initiatives and have applied knowledge of methodologies for high quality learning and participant engagement.
They will have a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities associated with learning technologies as well as a commitment to providing high quality support to all staff, as they strive to reach their full potential within the University.
They will also be innovative and enterprising, being prepared to challenge norms and expectations, and develop the most flexible, personal and transformative learning experience possible for all staff, supported by a blend of traditional and e-learning methods.
