Manager, Employee Relations
An opportunity currently exists to join the Human Resources team of the University. We are looking to recruit a HR professional for the position of Employee Relations Manager to lead this important aspect of the overall HR support provided to the University.
Reporting directly to the Director of Human Resources, the Employee Relations Manager will hold a leadership role within the HR team. They will play a key role in defining, co-ordinating and managing the employee relations strategy for the University and how to engage our recognised trade unions and our staff.
The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience in an employee relations or cognate discipline, preferably in a public sector environment and ideally in a Higher Education Institute.
