You will support the Cranfield University Director of Finance and Operations (DFO) in the effective and efficient delivery of the Academic Provider Contract to the UK MOD through Cranfield Defence and Security, co-located with the Defence Academy (DA) of the United Kingdom.
Main duties will include:
- Liasing with Cranfield University senior staff to ensure that the University can resource and deliver the courses on the Academic Provider Contract Annual Programme and In-Year changes.
- Proactive and reactive engagement with Cranfield University staff as to the requirements of the Academic Provider Contract, reporting any major issues to the DFO.
- In conjunction with the Cranfield Facilities Manager and the Cranfield Teaching Facilities Manager, maintain and manage a 13 month rolling forecast of room requirements for Cranfield University delivery of the Academic Provider Contract.
You will be educated to degree level in a business administration related discipline or have significant experience working within an administrative or Contract Administration office position.
You must have significant experience in Higher Education and/or Defence with a demonstrated ability to network effectively and creatively both internally and externally.
