International Agent Coordinator
About the position
Bond is seeking an engaging, innovative and effective communicator to join its International team in the role of International Agent Coordinator.
The International Agent Coordinator is responsible for servicing Bond’s international agent representative network, an important recruitment channel of international students to Bond. The successful candidate will act as a central point of contact for all agents, working together with the international recruitment team to support and improve the performance of Bond’s international agent network.
Key responsibilities include: reviewing and updating of agent processes, contracts and contacts for distribution of ongoing communication (various channels); creating, coordinating and updating Bond agent training tools including messaging and product updates; collaborating with internal stakeholders to best deliver effective content; reporting on overall agent performance and engagement with Bond; and ensuring consistency in the communication provided to agents. The overall aim of this role is to see increased performance and engagement from the Bond agent network, resulting in an increase in international students through our partners while exceeding their expectations.
About the person:
Reporting to the Associate Director - International, the successful candidate will be degree-qualified, customer service driven, detail-oriented, able to meet timeframes, and have experience collaborating with clients from culturally diverse backgrounds.
Fom time to time the International Agent Coordinator will be required to work outside of normal business hours for events from time to time.

The salary for the position is $64 835 plus 9.5% superannuation pa.
