To achieve our ambitious goals, Professor Elizabeth Croft, Dean, Faculty of Engineering is looking to appoint a senior operational leader with proven experience in business transformation, cultural change, and financial acumen. Working closely with the Dean and the Faculty Leadership team, the role of Faculty General Manager will provide strategic leadership across administrative, financial, resource and business planning activities by establishing, executing and maintaining the overall governance and administrative operations of the Faculty.
The successful candidate will bring analytical thinking, with a proven ability to build high performing teams in the pursuit of excellence in all facets of the role. You will be experienced in designing solutions to complex strategic and operational issues with an ability to work collegiately across all areas of a complex organisation.
Experience in implementing successful change management programs, using methodologies such as Lean or Agile together with accounting qualifications are highly desirable.
