The position provides coordination of administrative and operational responsibilities for the Penn Nursing Institutional Advancement Department. Responsibilities include disseminating and tracking department budgets, processing all invoices, supporting budget managers in reviewing and planning budgets, office equipment and supplies management, and supporting the Vice Dean and the fundraising team.

This position is critical to the department’s operations, and also in serving the School’s board, alumni, donors, and prospects. Customer service for both external and internal groups are expected to be prompt, responsive, accurate and courteous.

A High School Diploma or GED and 5 years or more of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required. College degree preferred. Excellent interpersonal skills, strong written and analytical skills, thorough attention to detail; computer aptitude with knowledge of Word, Excel & Power Point preferred; ability to make sound judgments, work proactively and handle multiple priorities in fast-paced environment and to meet deadlines is critical; occasional evening and weekend hours.
