Reporting to the Associate Director, Organisational and Leadership Development, the Academic Development Consultant provides expert senior advisory services in the arena of academic promotion and development. You will work in partnership with a diverse range of stakeholders and build engagement between the UQ academic community and the HR Services Division. You will work within a changing environment and act as a change champion for broader HR initiatives, collaborating with HR colleagues.
Ideally you will have a degree in Human Resources Management or a related field, with previous experience in organisational development in a complex environment. Progress towards, or completion of a post-graduate qualification will be highly regarded but is not essential.
A demonstrated understanding of the design and delivery of academic staff development initiatives is required as is experience in developing sound policy and procedural proposals through broad consultation.

This is a full-time, continuing appointment at HEW Level 8. The remuneration package will be in the range $94,667 - $106,298 p.a., plus employer superannuation contributions of up to 17% (total package will be in the range $110,760 - $124,368 p.a.).
