Function as Grants Manager for 4 programs in Dept of Psychiatry, Center for Mental Health, WEDP, Women’s Behavioral Wellness and Psychotherapy. This position will have all pre award responsibilities for all programs. This includes budget prep and all administrative tasks related to proposal prep. Will serve as liaison between ORSS and ORS with respect to proposal submissions. Will be responsible for adhering to Dept, School, Univ and sponsor deadlines and work closely with faculty to bring proposal to threshold. Includes all progress reports, final reports and closeouts. Will also have post award activities – budget entry, staff payroll, monthly reporting and reconciliation. This position will report directly to the Mgr., Admin and Finance and has a dotted reporting line to the PSOM Office of Research Support Services.

A Bachelor’s Degree and 5 years to 7 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Excellent communication and organizational skills a must. Prior knowledge of BEN and Business Objects preferred.
