Provide pre and post award research and financial administration support for individual investigators within the department of Radiology and Labs. Prepare and review proposal budgets and assist in other proposal development activities. Monitor grant expenditure for compliance and take or recommend corrective actions as needed. Maintain a set group of faculty and manage their overall research portfolio. Maintain and monitor financial activities related to grants from submission to closeout. Provide liaison to the University’s Office of Research Services for the Department’s grants.

This position reports to the senior administrator within the department and has a dotted reporting line to the PSOM Office of Research Support Services.

A Bachelor’s degree and 3 to 5 years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience required. Strong proficiency in spreadsheet and word processing; experience in university financial and research administration accounting systems preferred. Demonstrated excellent interpersonal and communication skills; team oriented.
