LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT TRAINER, MIT Federal Credit Union (MITFCU), to provide organization-wide training solutions--under the direction of the HR manager--to develop performance, skills, and exceptional member service. Will identify and evaluate training needs and resources to develop, revise, and facilitate new and existing organization-wide training programs for classroom, online, Webex, and self-paced training (including Integrity Solutions®, products and services, CU compliance, member service training, and new employee orientation facilitation); create and standardize training to ensure instructional design principles are implemented; work with HR manager on developing a training curriculum and vendor selection and management of the learning management system; and schedule trainings, guest speakers, training events, and communication of all training reports to members of management. 

Job Requirements

REQUIRED:  a bachelor's degree and a minimum of three years’ experience in training (classroom/online), facilitation, or organizational development.  Experience developing classroom, online, Webex, or self-paced training strongly preferred; as is experience in human resources, credit unions, banks, or other financial services.  Experience working with learning management systems and instructional design software (e.g., Articulate, Camtasia) would be a plus.  Job #16690-N
