LEADERSHIP ENGAGEMENT LIAISON, Resource Development, to be responsible for managing a wide range of campaign engagement activities for MIT's senior administrative leadership and key faculty partners. Will serve as the primary liaison between Resource Development and MIT senior leadership staff to ensure that key administrative and faculty partners’ time is being used strategically and effectively; collaborate with colleagues across campus to direct a pipeline of visit and event activities, oversee the briefing process, and coordinate all follow-up actions; and manage ad hoc campaign-related projects and assignments.
REQUIRED: a bachelor's degree; a minimum of three years’ experience in development; superior writing and strong organizational and interpersonal skills; meticulous attention to detail; self-motivation and initiative; ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects, keeping them on track and within deadlines; and ability to exercise independent judgment and work effectively as a team member. Experience in an educational setting and focusing on individual philanthropy is preferred. Job #16693-O
