Opportunity has arisen to work within the Disability Advisory and Support Service (DASS). DASS provides support and advice to over 6000 disabled students who attend the University of Manchester.

We work directly with the students; assessing their needs and developing support plans, and work alongside University colleagues to assist them with putting the required support in place.

You will work within an established and committed team of Disability Advisors.

This is a busy team and the demands of the post can be complex and challenging, but you will have the opportunity to make a significant positive impact upon the lives of the students we support.

This is a 1 year post.

As an equal opportunities employer, we welcome applications from all suitably qualified persons. As we are committed to the principles of the Race Equality Charter Mark, we would particularly welcome applications from the black and minority ethnic (BME) community who are currently under-represented at this level in this area. All appointments will be made on merit.

Please note that we are unable to respond to enquiries, accept CVs or applications from Recruitment Agencies
