Aston Business School is one of Europe’s leading Business Schools accredited by AACSB, AMBA and EQUIS with an excellent graduate employment record. This post offers an exciting opportunity to play a crucial role in further contributing to this success.

You will be an experienced, self-motivated and enthusiastic individual to take the lead on further developing and delivering our MBA Career Management Skills programme. This includes: planning the programme; provision of one to one advice and guidance both face to face and remotely; design and delivery of seminars, workshops and webinars; managing external speakers, consultants and services and finding innovative and appropriate ways of meeting our internationally diverse students’ needs.

With a good degree, or equivalent, you will have significant experience in graduate/professional level/MBA careers advice or graduate recruitment and training. You will be researching, identifying and understanding labour market trends and translating this knowledge for the MBA student cohort. Able to conduct individual careers guidance discussions, you will also have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be able to influence others, build relationships, organise and co-ordinate programmes and events.

You will be expected to build wider stakeholder relationships with employers and recruiters in order to grow Aston’s reputation, establish and develop key contacts and identify opportunities for involvement with local, national and international businesses.
