Information Services are recruiting for a CRM & Data Systems Analyst to join a team responsible for providing analysis, sourcing, development, implementation, training and on-going maintenance of information systems through the whole lifecycle. The CRM and Data Systems Analyst will spend significant percentage of their time providing specialist support to the Alumni Relations and Development (AR&D) team who are responsible for managing a variety of activities and services to encourage lifetime engagement between all of our alumni and the University, and facilitates alumni participation and support for Cranfield.

Information Services are recruiting for a CRM & Data Systems Analyst to join a team responsible for providing analysis, sourcing, development, implementation, training and on-going maintenance of information systems through the whole lifecycle.

The CRM and Data Systems Analyst will spend significant percentage of their time providing specialist support to the Alumni Relations and Development (AR&D) team who are responsible for managing a variety of activities and services to encourage lifetime engagement between all of our alumni and the University, and facilitates alumni participation and support for Cranfield.

Through continuous skills development, growing knowledge and insight, the post holder will serve as the expert on all aspects of Alumni services, CRM, web portals and data analysis/management, ensuring that systems are developed and maintained to support the alumni relations and fundraising activity. They will be responsible for overseeing the management of alumni data and ensuring that the way in which data is collected, stored and used is in line with General Data Protection Regulations and providing clear and detailed reports; to extract meaning from data available and, through a variety of automated business analysis tasks, identify trends, measure performance and provide critical business insight to inform the overall AR&D strategy.
