University Planning and Performance (UPP) is the central point for the provision of strategic information to decision makers from across the University. The team is responsible for obtaining, manipulating, organising and analysing data from across the University into meaningful, integrated and user-friendly data assets, reports, and business insights. 

As the Business Intelligence Analyst, you are a key player in the Business Intelligence Team and part of University Planning and Performance, you are responsible for the provision of advice, analysis and interpretation of institutional and sector-wide information for strategic planning, institutional benchmarking, university-wide performance evaluation, and compliance reporting activities. You are also responsible for the analysis which underpins the specification of both the data visualisation products, and ETL and warehouse prototypes

In addition, you are required to build and maintain working relationships throughout the University, work collaboratively with key stakeholders to ensure high-quality data integration is consistent with the BI needs of the university.

To be successful, you require a relevant degree qualification in a quantitative or analytical discipline with extensive relevant experience; or a combination of relevant experience and training.
