The University has an ambitious agenda to increase the range of international opportunities available to students and the percentage of students participating. The International Programmes Office (IPO) is responsible for the promotion, administration and management of overseas opportunities for Manchester students and works closely with partners worldwide. The International Programmes Administrators play a key role in the promotion and administration of international mobility programmes, in providing information and support to students who participate, and in supporting with the administration of international mobility funding and associated compliance.  You will join a busy but friendly team working in a dynamic international field.    

You will have demonstrable experience of providing information and guidance to students, with excellent customer service skills and a commitment to the student experience. You will have strong organisational skills and attention to detail together with excellent communication skills (written and oral). Prior experience of international mobility work and/or of studying or working abroad is desirable.
